This website (hereinafter "Eikhoigi Hak (ঐখোয়গী হক)") is an independent public-opinion platform. We explicitly declare that we have no affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, or association with the Election Commission of India (ECI), the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Manipur, the Government of Manipur, or any official administrative authority. We do not publish official voting data or represent state election results.

2. Account Registration and Security

To participate in public opinion polls, submit questions, or rate your constituency, you must register using a valid Indian mobile number and verify it via our OTP (One-Time Password) mechanism. You agree to provide true and accurate information. Creating multiple accounts, utilizing proxy networks to verify fake mobile numbers, or registering on behalf of another individual is strictly prohibited.

3. Public Opinion and Voting Rules

Eikhoigi Hak (ঐখোয়গী হক) operates on a strict **one verified account per poll** rule. Attempts to bypass this limitation through script execution, session injection, or multiple registration details will result in immediate termination of the offending accounts and purging of the associated votes. Admin decisions regarding audit logs are final.

4. Content Moderation and Citizen Questions

When using the "Ask Your MLA" feature, users must follow our Community Guidelines. You agree not to post content that is inflammatory, defamatory, hate speech, communal, or unverified political mudslinging. All submitted questions undergo administrative moderation before public publishing.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Poll results represent opinions submitted by platform participants and are **not** statistically representative of the entire voting population of Manipur. They should not be interpreted as official predictions or polling data. Eikhoigi Hak (ঐখোয়গী হক) is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
